How is pricing structured for each type of service?

Pricing depends on the service type. We offer flat rates for airport transfers, hourly rates for as-directed bookings, and per-mile rates for point-to-point (long-distance) travel. Additional fees may apply for tolls, wait time, or special requests.

How far in advance should a ride be scheduled?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

What is the process for canceling a ride?

Cancellations can be made by phone or email. To avoid cancellation fees or full charges, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Are same-day bookings supported?

Yes, subject to vehicle availability. We recommend calling for last-minute bookings to confirm availability.

How are tolls, wait time, or parking fees handled?

Tolls and parking fees are billed as incurred. Wait time beyond the included grace period is billed per minute, based on the vehicle class.

Are child safety seats available upon request?

Yes, child safety seats are available for infants, toddlers, and young children. Please request them during booking. A small fee may apply.

Can an ongoing ride be extended beyond the original duration?

Yes, if the vehicle is available. Any additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

What’s the best way to locate the vehicle at the airport?

Your chauffeur will contact you directly and provide detailed location instructions. We offer both curbside pickup and meet-and-greet options at major airports.

What happens if the passenger doesn’t show up?

A no-show fee equal to the full fare will apply if the chauffeur waits beyond the grace period and is unable to reach the passenger.
