  • You are obligated to review your reservation details and report any discrepancies promptly.
  • A fine of $500 will be levied for smoking, which will be charged to your credit card account.
  • Should you encounter any service-related issues, report them immediately or within a 48-hour window.

FOR PASSENGERS:

  • Your chauffeur will be holding a sign bearing your name.
  • If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please call us. Waiting time charges for flights begin 60 minutes after domestic flight arrivals and 90 minutes after international ones.
  • Charges will appear on your credit card statement as High Line Black Car.

REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION TERMS:

Cancellation Policies:

  • For weekend events, holidays, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, award events, and special events, a full week’s notice is required for cancellation, or you’ll be fully charged.
  • For all other days, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or a full charge will apply.
  • Events like New Year’s, Christmas, Weddings, Proms, or other major holidays and/or events require cancellation two weeks in advance, or a full charge will apply.
  • Specialty vehicles like stretch limousines require a 4-day cancellation notice.
  • All cancellations should be made via email or phone and are only considered valid once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Charges Relating to Overtime, Travel Time, Extra Stops, and Tolls:

  • This confirmation does not include charges incurred for overtime during hourly trips, stops made during point-to-point trips, waiting time during airport transfers, and toll fees.
  • Additional charges may apply for services performed outside the Metropolitan Area, and a garage-to-garage charge may be applied to some trips.
  • Customers will bear responsibility for any toll fees incurred during travel unless the route change was not due to their fault.

Vehicle Damages:

  • Charges will be levied for any damages caused to the vehicle during the trip. Costs incurred for cleaning the vehicle will also be charged to the customer.

Personal Belongings:

  • We hold no responsibility for personal belongings left in the vehicle post-service.

No-Show Policy:

  • It’s crucial that you contact us to avoid a “No Show” charge at the predetermined pickup location.
  • If you do not see your driver at the pickup location, DO NOT leave without calling our office. If you leave without informing us, you will be charged the full price of the ride.

To make a reservation, you must provide the necessary information, including the pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, and any special requests. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your booking; however, availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

The prices for our Services are displayed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the specified amount for the Services you book. Payment is due at the time of booking, and we accept various payment methods as indicated on the Website.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation and the specific terms and conditions associated with it. Please refer to the booking confirmation or contact us for more information. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website and Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ridgewood, New York.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Highline Black Car regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.
