2. Booking & Reservations
- Bookings can be made through our website by providing accurate and complete details, including:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Pickup Date & Time
- Number of Passengers
- Pickup and Drop-Off Locations
- By submitting a booking, you confirm that all details provided are correct to the best of your knowledge.
- Payment for services is handled off-platform, and may be completed via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
3. Hourly Bookings
If you are more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled start time, the hourly billing will still begin at the original reservation start time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for the initial pickup before hourly charges begin, if passengers delay is communicated in advance. If the grace period is exceeded without prior notice, billing will start from the scheduled pickup time
4. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect personal data strictly for the purpose of processing your booking and improving service quality. This may include:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Pickup/Drop-off information
- Number of Passengers

5. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change, and we aim to offer flexible cancellation and refund options consistent with industry standards.
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on timing and driver dispatch status.
- No Shows:
- If a passenger fails to appear at the pickup location without notice, the full fare may still be charged.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment.

6. Service Limitations
- Service availability is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason including, but not limited to, safety concerns, abuse of staff, or non-compliance with these Terms.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or other external factors are outside our control and not grounds for compensation unless otherwise agreed.
7. Vehicle Types
High Line Black Car reserves the right to substitute the vehicle type confirmed at booking with an equivalent or upgraded vehicle based on availability.
8. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, High Line Black Car provides 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights after the flight lands.. Additional waiting time is charged per minute thereafter. Non-airport pickups have a 15-minute grace period before additional wait time charges apply.
9. Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Any damage caused to our vehicles by the passenger or their party may result in charges for repair or cleaning.
10. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full at the time of or prior to the scheduled service.
- We accept major forms of payment as agreed between the driver and customer.
- Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory and is left to the discretion of the customer.
11. Changes to Bookings
- You may request changes to your booking by contacting us via phone or email.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Significant changes may result in rate adjustments.
12. Liability
- High Line Black Car is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from events beyond our control including weather, accidents, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the passenger. While we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items, we are not liable for lost or stolen property.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, text, graphics, images, and software is the property of High Line Black Car and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Queens County, New York.
